Writer's Block: Kindness of Strangers
Bone marrow? Yes. A kidney? Probably not. Bone marrow, I believe, grows back. I can't grow another kidney. What if a family member (including my husband) ended up needing a kidney transplant and I was a perfect match, only I couldn't donate because I'd given it away to some stranger? Also, it's not exactly a risk free operation.

I just got the LibraryThing book I was waiting for, Alien Hand Syndrome. Apparently it's by http://www.damninteresting.com, which I didn't know. DamnInteresting is one of my favorite websites, this book is gonna be awesome. :3
